What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and account preferences. Artists additionally provide a bio, location, portfolio images, creation proof files, and Stripe Connect account information. We also collect standard usage data such as pages visited and search queries.
How we use it
- To operate your account and process transactions.
- To facilitate payouts to artists via Stripe.
- To review artist applications and pack submissions.
- To send transactional emails such as purchase confirmations and curator feedback.
- To improve the platform based on usage patterns.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- We do not use your data for advertising targeting.
- We do not share your data with anyone outside of what is required to operate the platform.
Third party services
ArtPass uses Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payment processing, Cloudflare Stream for video hosting, and Netlify for web hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the contact page. Transactional records may be retained as required for legal and financial compliance.
