The artist has 5 business days to submit their statement.

Admin makes a binding decision
Our team reviews both sides and issues a final ruling within 7 business days. Decisions include full refund, partial refund, or in favor of artist.

You can find your order ID in your purchase history on the buyer dashboard.
14-day window. Disputes must be opened within 14 days of purchase or commission delivery. After 14 days orders are considered final. Commission disputes may be opened at any active stage.
